Abstract

 

[Correspondent Zhao Haibin] At 2:00 p.m. on January 9, 2011, the Yinhang Petrochemical Heilongjiang Province 2011 Dealer Spring Welcome Symposium was successfully held at the Shengli Hotel in Harbin. General Manager Zhou Zhongcheng, Sales Director Zhang Hao, Sales Administration Supervisor Lü Huiling, Heilongjiang Province Sales Manager Liu Min, and regional managers, together with dealers from across the province, convened the symposium in the second-floor conference room of the School of Management at Harbin Institute of Technology.

Liu Min, Sales Manager of Heilongjiang Province, delivered the opening address, summarized the company’s performance in 2010, and provided a detailed analysis and plan for the specific tasks ahead in 2011.

Sales Director Zhang Hao provided a detailed explanation and supplementary clarification on the company’s contractual requirements, the recruitment of sales representatives, and matters related to the signing of their employment contracts. He also conducted an on-site analysis and engaged in discussions with distributors on strategies for scaling up their operations.

General Manager Zhou Zhongcheng summarized the key priorities for future work, outlined a detailed plan for market development, and reaffirmed his firm commitment to the company’s growth over the next five years. During the meeting, he engaged in warm, open discussions with all attendees, fostering robust dialogue and collaboration. In turn, the distributors actively voiced their perspectives and offered numerous valuable insights to guide the company’s strategic direction for the coming half-decade.

The meeting lasted more than four hours. Through this session, distributors gained a deeper understanding of the company’s five-year development plan, further bolstering their confidence in collaboration. Amid General Manager Zhou’s warm New Year wishes, the Heilongjiang Province 2011 Distributor Spring Symposium concluded successfully.
