Ling Hang Petrochemical (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Daqing High-tech Zone Yinhang Petrochemical Co., Ltd.) was established in 2005 in Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province. Its headquarters is now located in the Nangang Industrial Park of the Binhai New Area in Tianjin. The company occupies a total area of approximately 40,000 square meters, with a total investment of about RMB 180 million. It boasts an annual lubricant production capacity of 150,000 tons and a raw-material storage capacity of 50,000 tons.
