Tianjin’s Industry 4.0 Smart Factory is located in the Nangang Industrial Park of the Tianjin Binhai New Area, a national-level strategic new district. Covering a total area of approximately 40,000 square meters and with a total investment of about RMB 180 million, the facility boasts an annual production capacity of 150,000 tons of lubricants and storage for 50,000 tons of raw materials. The plant integrates an intelligent tank farm, an SMB smart blending system, a fully automated filling line, an Industry 4.0‑based automation control system, a three-dimensional warehousing center, and a dust‑free filling workshop, achieving end-to-end automation and digital management throughout the entire production process. Its testing center has obtained CNAS accreditation (ISO/IEC 17025) and operates comprehensive quality management systems, including IATF 16949, ensuring that its products meet stringent standards for stability, consistency, and traceability.
