On July 18, the “Yinghang Petrochemical 2011 Mid-Year Sales Work Conference” was held in the conference room at Yinghang Petrochemical’s headquarters. Attending the meeting were several senior executives, including the general manager, deputy general managers, the sales director, and the technical director, along with all provincial managers, regional managers, and sales representatives.
The meeting commenced, chaired by Sales Director Zhang Hao, who presented a comprehensive work summary and data analysis. Each provincial manager then reviewed their respective markets’ performance in the first half of the year, conducted case studies on key marketing initiatives, distilled best practices worth sharing, and outlined detailed target breakdowns and implementation strategies for the second half. All participants listened attentively and took thorough notes. Following the session, teams engaged in in-depth discussions, with everyone expressing strong confidence and committing to achieving the set objectives for the remainder of the year. By applying innovative thinking to their daily tasks, they reaffirmed their dedication to making brand‑image promotion, channel expansion, and the implementation of a unified pricing system the cornerstones of this year’s efforts. Identifying challenges and making timely, well‑grounded adjustments, they adopted a pragmatic, down-to-earth approach, striving to build the sales team into a more professional, highly qualified, and battle‑ready force.
During the two-day sales work conference, attendees also had the privilege of witnessing the topping-out ceremony for the second phase of the Yinhang Petrochemical Storage Project. With red ribbons draped high and celebratory salutes resounding, all present agreed that the company’s storage and transportation capacity will be significantly enhanced going forward, providing us with stronger logistical support and greater confidence.
