On the snow-covered plateau, in the holy city of Lhasa, you’ll find the Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, towering snow-capped mountains, and fragrant snow lotuses—places that leave every visitor awestruck and inspire those who have yet to go to dream of them.
However, beyond its majestic splendor, the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau is above all a harsh, high-altitude, oxygen‑poor realm—a veritable life‑threatening frontier. The People’s Armed Police stationed in Tibet shoulder critical missions, including safeguarding national security, responding to emergencies, ensuring vital lifelines, and delivering essential supplies.
On the plateau, the climate is harsh, the weather is highly variable, and road conditions are complex. Should a vehicle break down, it could directly endanger the lives of the troops; therefore, ensuring that vehicles remain operational during duty is the top priority for all service members.

 



 
To ensure more rational vehicle maintenance, safeguard the lives of transport personnel, and better fulfill the tasks entrusted by the state, a certain unit in Tibet invited Ling Hang to provide specialized technical instruction on the proper maintenance and upkeep of duty vehicles for its transport personnel. Mr. Han Bai from Ling Hang’s Technical Department attended the event upon invitation.
The unit attaches great importance to this. Lieutenant Colonel Ma, the unit’s leader, extended a warm welcome to Ling Hang and his delegation, emphasizing that safety is the unit’s top priority. Key transport and logistics personnel from a deputy division‑level detachment attended the technical lecture in person, while service members from several other detachments stationed elsewhere participated via remote video link.
Following a military region of the Eastern Theater Command, a border special forces unit of the Northern Theater Command, a special operations base of the Chinese Air Force, Shandong Marine Surveillance, and Jiangsu Marine Surveillance, a certain armed police unit in Tibet has also become a client of Ling Hang. Mr. Han stated that for Ling Hang’s “flower” to bloom brightly on the “Roof of the World” is an honor for every member of the Ling Hang team.
