At the launch ceremony, Zhou Zhongcheng, Chairman of Ling Hang Lubricant, expressed his gratitude for the hard work of the factory’s designers and builders, as well as for the strong support from the Tianjin Nangang Industrial Zone Management Committee and all the distributors. Chairman Zhou believes that the commencement of operations at the second production base marks an important milestone for Ling Hang Lubricant. “Staying true to our original aspiration, we set sail once again,” he said, adding that Ling Hang will continue to focus on producing high-end products—China’s premium lubricants—providing users with top-quality lubricants.
In the presence of more than 500 attendees, invited guests took part in the ribbon-cutting ceremony. As the ribbon was cut, the canning line at the second production base was officially launched. With over 500 people gathered on site, workers from the production line presented the first can of oil produced at the new facility to General Manager Zhou; this can will be displayed in the Tianjin plant’s showroom.

Ling Hang Lubricant’s second production base in Tianjin was designed and built to international Industry 4.0 standards, employing a DCS fully automated digital production management system, world‑class Mettler‑Toledo automatic metering batch blending system (ABB), and synchronous metering automatic blending technology (SMB), achieving highly precise automated blending and ensuring consistent product quality. In addition, the facility has introduced and acquired numerous advanced testing technologies and equipment from renowned companies such as Cannon (USA), Herzog (Germany), and King (USA), guaranteeing the accuracy of experimental data and providing a scientific basis for product analysis and quality control. Upon commissioning, Ling Hang Petrochemical (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. will boast a storage capacity of 30,000 tons and a production capacity of 100,000 tons of lubricants, 10,000 tons of coolants, and 5,000 tons of lubricants, significantly bolstering Ling Hang Lubricant’s market competitiveness.
