Abstract

Recently, the new grease production line—invested in by Yinhang Petrochemical with an outlay exceeding one million yuan and featuring cutting-edge technology in the domestic industry—has entered the commissioning phase and is expected to commence trial production in the near future. The production line incorporates proprietary patented technologies and represents a leading standard within the domestic sector, with an anticipated annual capacity of 3,000 tons.

 

Starting on October 20, 2009, Yinhang Petrochemical Co., Ltd. proceeded with the installation and commissioning of a homogenizer on its grease production line. The installation and operation of this homogenizer are of great significance for enhancing grease quality. Once in service, the equipment boosts the machine’s shear capability, substantially improving the grease’s transparency and tactile feel. It transforms greases that initially appear coarse into products that are clearer, smoother, and as lustrous as jade, thereby further boosting both production capacity and product quality.
