Abstract

Due to the harsh operating conditions of cement plant machinery—where equipment runs continuously under heavy loads in open‑type configurations—lubricants are required to exhibit exceptional resistance to rain, excellent oil‑separation performance on steel screens, superior extreme‑pressure and anti‑wear properties, outstanding shear stability over tens of thousands of cycles, and robust high‑temperature performance.
 

Based on these specific conditions, after thorough on-site inspections and extensive research, and drawing on Mobil’s relevant production technologies, Yinhang Petrochemical has independently developed a specialized synthetic grease tailored for cement‑plant machinery. While meeting the aforementioned requirements, it exhibits exceptional high‑temperature performance, withstanding temperatures exceeding 300°C. Notably, in the cold winters of Northeast China, this product can operate reliably at ambient temperatures as low as –30°C.
     
Early adopters—including several large cement plants in Jiamusi, Jixi, Qitaihe, Shuangyashan, and other regions—have reported that this specialized synthetic grease delivers excellent performance and is fully suited to their equipment and demanding operating conditions. At present, cement plants in neighboring provinces have also begun placing bulk orders for this product.
