Abstract

On July 22, 2010, the specialized pilotage services of Hinggan League in Inner Mongolia… Lubricating oil More than 30 individuals, including heads of specialty stores, major repair shops, and taxi companies, braved the journey to the headquarters of Yinhang Petrochemical in Daqing High-tech Zone to gain first-hand insight into the company’s production and operations. They toured the office building, the raw-material tank farm, the production workshops, the manufacturing equipment, and the state-of-the-art, three-dimensional finished‑goods warehouse—currently among the most advanced in China—among other facilities. During the tour, Engineer Zhang provided an overview of the Yinhang 15,000‑ton base oil storage tank farm, explaining why Yinhang is able to mitigate the impact of raw material price fluctuations to a certain extent. In the blending workshop, technical staff explained our proprietary pulse blending technology. The advantages of pulse blending include lower blending temperatures, preservation of the base oil’s intrinsic properties, reduced oxidation, and superior performance compared with conventional stirring‑type blending. After blending, finished products are stored in individual containers, adhering to the “one product, one container” principle—a practice that only a handful of manufacturers in Northeast China can implement—ensuring consistently high‑quality, premium‑grade products. The company sources its raw materials from two main categories: base oils and additives. For base oils, we predominantly use Group II or Group III hydroprocessed base stocks, while all additives are imported world‑class brands such as Afton and Infineum.

Following the tour, a Q&A symposium on various aspects of lubricants was held in the conference hall. Attendees raised practical questions from their daily operations as well as sales-related concerns, which were thoroughly and patiently addressed one by one by Manager Zhang and General Manager Zhou. Through the visit to Yinhang and the ensuing learning experience, distributors reaffirmed the high quality of Yinhang’s lubricants.

Through a deeper understanding of the entire production process and cutting-edge manufacturing technologies, our agent partners have gained a more comprehensive grasp of the company, fully appreciating its corporate culture.
