Abstract

[Correspondent Tian Xuefeng] At 1:30 p.m. on January 12, 2011, the Yinhang Petrochemical Jilin Province Dealers’ New Year Symposium was solemnly held in Changchun. Attendees included General Manager Zhou Zhongcheng, Sales Director Zhang Hao, Jilin Province Sales Manager Deng Jin, “Special Operations Team” Captain Su Xiaofeng, Sales Administration Supervisor Lü Huiling, regional managers, and all dealer partners from Jilin Province.

First, Deng Jin, Sales Manager for Jilin Province, provided a thorough review of the province’s sales performance in 2010 and outlined in detail the overall plan and key priorities for Jilin’s sales activities in 2011.

Sales Director Zhang Hao provided dealers and partners with a detailed explanation of the pilotage company’s personnel system reform and the specific terms of sales contracts. Director Zhang’s proposals to “adhere to long-term brand building” and to “diversify sales channels” were unanimously endorsed and warmly received by the majority of distributors.

At the meeting, General Manager Zhou Zhongcheng reviewed the past five years of Yinhang Petrochemical’s development and outlined the company’s goals and vision for the next five years: to become the most influential and outstanding enterprise in Northeast China.
