Abstract

 

On February 21, 2011, the long‑awaited initiative to create a corporate anthem for Yinhang Petrochemical officially kicked off. Around 3:00 p.m., renowned Chinese music producer Mr. Chen Shu visited the company to gather inspiration. General Manager Zhou Zhongcheng, Deputy General Manager Zhang Guojun, and Guo Maohui, General Manager of Zhisheng Stationery, engaged in an in‑depth discussion with Mr. Chen about the company’s original vision for composing a corporate song and its corporate culture. The atmosphere was warm and lively, punctuated by hearty laughter, as spirited conversation rekindled the entrepreneurial passion that had first set them on their journey. It felt as though they were once again hearing the voice of their初心—pursuing dreams, transcending oneself, sharing the sunshine, and forging ahead through every challenge. Along the way, all the hardships and struggles have been transformed into unwavering resolve, and the sparks of that determination have taken root in the hearts of everyone at Yinhang, like a seed planted deep within.

Today, filled with hope for the future, we boldly embark on a new journey. General Manager Zhou hopes that our company will have its own anthem—one that echoes our shared aspirations and inspires each of us to face challenges head-on, forge ahead with courage, pursue our dreams, and fulfill our potential!

After extensive research and consultations, the company’s General Manager’s Office and the Human Resources Department ultimately decided to collaborate with Mr. Chen Shu, the acclaimed composer behind such well-known songs as “Bubugao,” “Jiu Yue Jiu De Jiu,” and “Laoxiang.” On February 21, 2011, Mr. Chen was invited to the company for an on-site creative visit. On the morning of the 22nd, he engaged in a warm and enjoyable discussion with both new and long-standing employees. In the afternoon, he toured ZhiSheng Stationery’s stores on Weier Road, Zhongqi Road, and Longnan Road, and also paid a visit to the Iron Man Memorial Hall. Deeply moved by the spirit of the Iron Man, the pioneering ethos, and ZhiSheng’s corporate culture, Mr. Chen remarked: “Your company’s employees are truly down-to-earth, sincere, and approachable. I sense that both the corporate atmosphere and the inner hearts of your staff are remarkably pure. From the bottom of my heart, I am eager to contribute to your enterprise and repay President Zhou’s appreciation and recognition through my dedicated efforts.” At 4:00 p.m. on the 22nd, Yinhang Petrochemical officially signed a cooperation agreement with Mr. Chen Shu, marking the formal launch of the company’s song‑writing initiative. We are confident that our sincere collaboration will be a resounding success!
