Abstract

Following a few days of field visits to verify raw materials and various technical specifications, the two parties formalized their intention to cooperate and began with trial applications of high‑volume products such as hydraulic oil, gear oil, and steam turbine oil. As a result, the first batch of “Yinhang Lubricant”‑branded Jianbing series industrial oils was deployed at Tonghua’s steel plant, initially tested on equipment in the sintering plant’s pelletizing workshop—where oil‑use requirements are among the most stringent. Meanwhile, Yinhang’s engineers traveled directly to the equipment site to provide expert technical support and guidance on oil application.

Tonghua Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Tonggang Group and serves as its primary production base, located in the scenic and resource-rich city of Tonghua. The Yinhang Jianbing series employs carefully selected high‑quality synthetic base oils, advanced imported composite additives, and internationally leading pulse‑modulation technology, enabling its performance to rival that of imported products while offering a more competitive price. This not only saves energy and reduces consumption but also helps the company boost production efficiency and lower overall operating costs. Prior to this, Tonggang had relied exclusively on expensive imported industrial oils that had dominated the steel industry for decades.

The ironmaking and sintering equipment at Tonggang—such as coke ovens, pusher machines, limestone and ore sintering units, large blowers, overhead furnace‑top devices like ore‑bucket traction wire ropes, as well as cupola furnaces, blast furnaces, and belt conveyors—are largely exposed to the atmosphere and to high‑temperature environments containing dust and corrosive fumes, making them susceptible to corrosion, abrasive wear, and cavitation. To lubricate the associated bearings, gearboxes, gears, worm gears, hydraulic systems, wire ropes, and other components, it is essential to use high‑quality lubricants that meet stringent technical specifications.
