Abstract

On April 28, Yinhang Petrochemical received a notification from the State Administration for Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine stating that its Yinhang Tuhuan synthetic brake fluid had passed the 2011 national random‑sampling inspection, with all test parameters fully compliant with the GB 12981‑2003 standard “Brake Fluid for Motor Vehicles.” The inspection concluded that the product was qualified.

National-level sampling inspections are conducted annually by the State Administration for Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine in accordance with the Measures for the Administration of National Random Inspections of Product Quality, with the aim of strengthening quality supervision and management and standardizing product quality.
In accordance with the Product Quality Law, the 2011 National Special Inspection Plan for Motor Vehicle Brake Fluid Product Quality, and other relevant regulations, the State Administration for Market Regulation commissioned the Energy‑Use Testing Center of the Automotive Transport Industry under the Ministry of Transport to conduct a product quality supervision sampling inspection of the synthetic brake fluid series produced by Yinhang Petrochemical on March 18. The inspection results confirmed that all performance indicators of Yinhang Tuhuan synthetic brake fluid fully comply with national standards.

The quality of automotive brake fluid directly affects a vehicle’s braking performance and, by extension, the safety of both the vehicle and its occupants. To enable more people to benefit from high‑quality, safer brake fluids, Yinhang Petrochemical adheres to a principle of integrity and accountability, rigorously controlling product quality throughout the manufacturing process. All products in its brake fluid series meet applicable standards and performance requirements.
