Abstract

On January 20, as the festive atmosphere of the New Year grew stronger, Vice Mayor Ren Guisheng led representatives from the municipal safety supervision and fire departments, along with other relevant agencies, to Yinhang Petrochemical Co., Ltd. to inspect the company’s workplace safety practices. Li Zhenguo, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the High-tech Zone, and Liu Yu, Deputy Director of the High-tech Zone Management Committee, accompanied the inspection.
Vice Mayor Ren Guisheng conducted a detailed inquiry into the enterprise’s production and operations, as well as the implementation of safety‑production measures, with particular attention to whether evacuation routes and emergency exits were unobstructed, whether fire‑fighting facilities were fully equipped, and whether safety management systems had been effectively put into practice.
Vice Mayor Ren Guisheng emphasized that safety is both a source of efficiency and a key driver of productivity. Enterprises must remain vigilant, rigorously conduct hazard inspections, properly organize Spring Festival on-duty schedules and emergency response management, and fortify every line of defense in workplace safety. Meanwhile, relevant safety oversight agencies must intensify their inspection efforts to ensure that all safety measures are foolproof, thereby fostering a safe, stable, joyful, and harmonious holiday atmosphere.
Throughout the years, Yinhang Petrochemical has placed great emphasis on safety, consistently prioritizing safe production as the cornerstone of its corporate development. By organizing fire‑prevention awareness seminars, emergency response drills, “Safety in My Heart” discussion forums, and the “Ankang Cup” competition for all employees, the company has ensured safe operations. At the same time, it has increased investment in dedicated safety funds, conducted regular equipment inspections and maintenance, and been recognized for many consecutive years as an advanced unit in workplace safety.
