Abstract
At 6:30 this morning, the “Hand in Hand, Win-Win Future” brand summit of Yinhang Petrochemical 2012—along with the Taishan Oath‑Taking Ceremony titled “Conquer the Eastern Peak, Scale New Heights”—began on schedule. More than three hundred employees of Yinhang Petrochemical and its many partners gathered at the foot of Mount Tai, fully prepared and eager to set out, their spirits high and resolve firm, ready to sound the charge toward the summit of the Eastern Peak. As the saying goes: “The path to Mount Tai is perilous, yet we march straight for its summit. How small all other mountains seem—our ambition soars to the very blue sky!”
At precisely 7:00 a.m., the guiding team set off on time toward the Jade Emperor Peak of Mount Tai. From afar, they resembled a sinuous, leaping blue dragon—“soaring ninety thousand li on the updraft!” For this climb, the team took the route via Zhongtian Gate, passing Yunbu Bridge, the Five‑Doctor Pine, the Looking‑at‑People Pine, the Eighteen Bends, and the Ascending‑to‑Immortality Arch before reaching South Heaven Gate. They then continued through Tianjie and the Bixia Temple, finally ascending to the summit—the majestic Jade Emperor Peak, standing at an elevation of 1,546 meters, the “First Peak Under Heaven”—where they held a rally and celebrated their triumphant ascent.
Just after noon, after braving the sweltering heat and rugged terrain, the majority of the guiding team converged at Yuhuangding, where the official oath‑taking ceremony commenced. The guides unfurled pre‑prepared banners and flags, forming a disciplined line with fists clenched in solemn resolve, proclaiming: “Ascend Mount Tai and scale new heights”; “Implement a brand‑driven strategy to forge a century‑long legacy of guidance”; “Join hands in collaboration for a win‑win future!” In that moment, their resolute voices reverberated across the land, shaking heaven and earth. Witnessing this scene, every guide’s face bore the indomitable spirit of determination, unwavering conviction, and profound pride. Their steadfastness stems from an unyielding courage to overcome hardship, a bold willingness to pioneer, and an unshakable drive to strive; their firm resolve reflects a shared, clear‑cut aspiration—to uphold the century‑long path of the guiding brand; and their pride is all the greater, for they sense that the very soul of this team lies in unity—united as one, working together to achieve their common goal.
The Yinhang team ascended Mount Tai, deeply experiencing and savoring the spirit of “reaching the summit” that embodies unwavering determination, the value of “bearing the weight of Mount Tai,” the magnanimity of “not yielding to any soil,” and the bright aspiration of “upholding the sun and supporting the heavens.” Yet the true significance of this journey lies in putting into practice the Yinhang brand ethos and the Yinhang spirit: a relentless pursuit of building a premium brand; an unswerving commitment to delivering the highest‑quality lubricants to the public and to serving society while guiding China forward; and a steadfast belief that diligence, integrity, and selfless dedication will always be rewarded. All these qualities underscore the shared spirit of excellence—pragmatism, progress, and devotion—that binds the Yinhang brand and its people to Mount Tai. Today, as Yinhang’s representatives solemnly pledge their resolve at the sacred peak of the Eastern Mountain, tomorrow they will surely draw inspiration from both the spirit of Mount Tai and the Yinhang spirit, fulfilling our grander, more glorious dreams!
