Since its establishment, Yinhang Petrochemical has achieved notable results in advancing brand building, expanding sales channels, and boosting market sales. Recently, during an observation, study, and exchange event organized by the Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce and the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions—titled “Building Golden Bridges, Learning from Best Practices, and Accelerating the Development of the Non‑Public Sector”—Yinhang Petrochemical was selected as one of the model enterprises to be visited. The company shared its experiences in corporate culture development and team‑building with more than twenty local businesses.
On the morning of June 8, led by officials from the Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce and the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, representatives from twenty-five private enterprises in our city, together with journalists from Daqing TV and the Daqing Daily, visited Yinhang Petrochemical for a tour and exchange. During the symposium, Yinhang Petrochemical provided a clear and comprehensive overview of its current operations, corporate culture, and team‑building efforts—particularly focusing on “how the enterprise trade union can play an active role in team development.” The company emphasized that it has consistently prioritized caring for employees, safeguarding their interests, and ensuring the stable growth of the business, striving to be a trusted partner to its workforce by addressing practical concerns and tackling specific challenges. Following the symposium, the enterprise representatives toured the company’s production workshops, warehouse, technical department, and product‑testing center, where they expressed strong approval and high praise for Yinhang’s products, its advanced manufacturing capabilities, its brand‑building initiatives, and its robust team‑development efforts.
