Abstract


The Yinhang Bingchi product line, particularly its antifreeze, has sparked a sales boom this winter. While Yinhang’s products have won widespread consumer favor, their “product quality” continues to be put to the test.
Recently, the pilotage authority received the “Notice of National Supervisory Sampling Inspection Results for Product Quality” issued by the Heilongjiang Provincial Institute of Quality Supervision and Testing—
“Entrusted by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China, our agency conducted a product quality supervision sampling inspection on your unit’s ice‑pool antifreeze and –25 grade ethylene glycol light‑load products on December 27, 2012. The test results were: compliant.”
Since its inception, the Yinhang Bingchi product line has never faced any customer concerns regarding product quality; moreover, in every round of random inspections—regardless of scale—it has consistently met all standards without a single instance of non‑conforming products.
