Abstract


With the launch of the “Spring Thunder” and “Spring Breeze” pilotage initiatives, Yinhang’s market share has continued to expand across various regions, driving rapid sales growth. In some areas, demand has outstripped supply, resulting in periods of brisk, even frenzied, sales. This robust market momentum has placed significant pressure on Yinhang’s production operations: manufacturing workshops have been running overtime for weeks, with the oil‑blending section, the filling line, and the technical department each logging more than 18 hours of work per day; production staff operate on a three‑shift system to ensure adequate staffing levels; and the quality‑control department has intensified inspection efforts, particularly during nighttime shifts. Despite the steady escalation of production targets since the beginning of the year, it is worth noting that, as of now, Yinhang’s Market Service Department and the Market Information Feedback Center have received no complaints regarding product quality, and market surveys indicate a 100% pass rate for Yinhang’s product quality.
Pilotage Lubricating oil We have consistently upheld the principle that “quality is the lifeblood of the enterprise” and rigorously enforced the production standard of “yield must yield to quality.” The Production Department organizes daily morning meetings at the work‑section level to assign tasks, clarify quality requirements, and ensure that quality responsibilities are assigned to every individual—thus implementing a comprehensive “quality accountability system.” Regardless of how late the work extends, a summary meeting is held after production concludes to review the day’s output and inspection results. Any products found non‑compliant during inspections or exhibiting quality issues are traced back to the responsible personnel and dealt with severely. We have also instituted a company‑wide quality management system: as members of the Yinhang team, employees in any department and at any level are empowered to inspect product quality, and those who identify quality problems are rewarded. Recognizing that attention to detail determines success or failure, we have strengthened our quality assurance by adding random sampling inspections—beyond rigorous self‑checks—at every stage, including blending, packaging, and storage and transportation, thereby ensuring that all Yinhang products meet factory‑acceptance standards. In addition, during lunch breaks, the company conducts product‑knowledge training for all employees, requiring each person to understand our production processes and quality standards. Regular assessments of this knowledge further reinforce the implementation of our “company‑wide management system.”
