On November 8, the first day after the beginning of winter and also the coldest day so far this season, even the harshest weather could not dampen the enthusiasm of the pilotage team. At 10:30 a.m., the company organized a tour of the plant’s various departments for all employees.
During this visit, Zhang Guojun, Deputy General Manager of Yinhang Petrochemical, and Sun Weiyu, an engineer from the Technical Services Department, provided a comprehensive guided tour. The employees toured the Yinhang laboratory, the warehousing center, as well as the newly expanded and commissioned blending and filling workshops.
During the tour, the newly expanded and commissioned bottling workshop—home to more than a dozen operating production lines—drew the most attention. Following the讲解人员’s meticulous and thorough explanations, attendees unanimously recognized that Yinghang’s scientific, integrated, and large-scale management will undoubtedly position it as a leader among domestic brands.
After an hour, the tour came to a close. Yet many employees remained captivated at the production line, with no desire to leave. Some remarked that their experience could be summed up in two words: “refreshing.” Although they have been working in navigation for quite some time, they had never systematically explored the company’s various departments—today, they truly opened their eyes.
