On November 10 and 11, despite a sharp drop in temperatures, college students eager to find employment remained just as enthusiastic at the two job fairs held in Shenyang and Changchun. At the recruitment booth of Yinhang Petrochemical, the queue of applicants was so dense that it nearly spilled over. According to statistics, the company received resumes from more than 200 job seekers across both events.
In this recruitment drive, Yinhang Petrochemical, guided by the principle that “talent fuels growth, and innovation paves the way for the future,” seeks to attract a diverse pool of highly innovative professionals to drive the company’s sustainable development—a cornerstone of Yinhang’s long-term strategic vision.
As soon as the two job fairs got underway, job seekers rushed into the venues. At the Yinhang recruitment booth, a dozen or so candidates were either meticulously completing their resumes or inquiring about job details and compensation packages.
At this recruitment event, Yinhang offered the position of Regional Manager. With compensation packages more attractive than those of other companies, the role drew numerous job seekers who stopped to learn more. Over the course of two recruitment sessions, Yinhang received resumes from more than 200 candidates.
After the job fair concluded, Manager Qin from Yinhang’s Human Resources Department conducted interviews with candidates, helping them gain a preliminary understanding of Yinhang Petrochemical while also enabling the company to better assess their fit and facilitate their swift integration into the organization.
