Afterward, Ju Zhentao, the owner of a store at the Jinan Oil-Change Center, shared his insights into the successful operation and collaborative experience of the Ling Hang Oil-Change Center; Zhang Jinghua, an outstanding regional agent and partner in Dalian’s urban area, discussed his experience in developing the market’s four major channels; and Wang Yongsheng, General Manager of the Henan Branch, shared his expertise on team building and development models.

As soon as they stepped onto the field, the athletes gripped the rope tightly, ready to battle at any moment. Despite several attempts by the judging panel to adjust the rope’s position, they couldn’t budge it. When selecting their competitors, the Shandong team set a strict standard: anyone weighing less than 180 jin was not allowed to compete. In the end, it was still the unbeatable powerhouse—the Shandong region—that claimed the championship of the 2019 Ling Hang Tug-of-War Competition.

2. Tourism Activity — Visiting Mount Huangshan in China
At 7:00 a.m. on June 19, a team of more than four hundred people set off on time for Mount Huangshan, with not a single member arriving late or dragging their feet. During the climb, despite the weather’s “kindness” in raining throughout the entire journey, the Ling Hang leader braved the challenges and moved forward cheerfully in the rain, full of enthusiasm.
The people of Huizhou have a saying: rain is a blessing, for to them, water is wealth. That’s why climbing Mount Huangshan in the rain offers a unique charm—and the agents attending the conference are all businesspeople who cherish good fortune. With bright hopes for future growth, they set off on their journey in high spirits.
