——A Record of the Yinhang Petrochemical 2009 Mid-Year Sales Conference
On August 18, 2009, accompanied by the inspiring song “On the Road,” the 2009 Mid-Year Sales Conference of Daqing High-tech Zone Yinhang Petrochemical Co., Ltd. was solemnly held at the Lvyangchun Grand Hotel and the company’s headquarters. The company’s general manager, representatives from the Sales and Marketing Departments, national distributors, and top sales professionals from across the country all attended the event.
The meeting focused on summarizing the sales performance of the first half of 2009, outlining the sales objectives and tasks for 2010, and fostering extensive exchanges on market‑sales strategies. Annual output will reach 50,000 tons of lubricants, with projected sales revenue of RMB 600 million and annual taxes and profits totaling RMB 120 million. Subsequently, a comprehensive market analysis was conducted, examining both domestic and international markets as well as various competitors, thereby defining Yinhang Petrochemical’s future strategic direction and profit model. An “Thousand‑Store Project” branding initiative was introduced to build a fully integrated and cohesive retail‑level brand image. Finally, General Manager Zhou aptly remarked: “If we liken Yinhang Petrochemical to a towering tree with lush branches and leaves, then our distributor partners across the country are the very roots that sustain it.” This vivid metaphor underscores the profound truth that “no matter how tall a tree may grow, it can never be separated from its roots,” while also eloquently conveying Yinhang Petrochemical’s commitment to repaying customers and honoring the unwavering support and trust of its distributors through integrity.
At the meeting, Sales Manager Mr. Wang Yongsheng delivered a comprehensive review and analysis of sales performance for the first half of 2009, and outlined strategic objectives for the second half of 2009 and for 2010 across the national market. In addition, he organized an interactive exchange session with top-performing distributors from across the country, during which each participant eagerly shared their insights, highlighting both the successes and challenges encountered in their respective regional markets. The atmosphere was both vibrant and deeply moving. One distributor from Liaoning, who has spent over a decade navigating the lubricants industry, expressed with great enthusiasm that partnering with a company like Yinhang has rekindled his original entrepreneurial drive and energy, while also instilling confidence that continued collaboration with Yinhang will enable further growth.
At the conference, Chief Engineer Dong Xiaoming of the internationally renowned additive manufacturer Afton and Mr. Xu Xuejun of润英联 each delivered detailed presentations on the quality of their additives and the rationale behind choosing to partner with Yinhang Petrochemical. These remarks served as a strong endorsement and commendation of Yinhang Petrochemical’s longstanding commitment to high quality. On August 19–20, Yinhang Petrochemical Company organized a trip to Mao’er Mountain for all participants. A gentle drizzle added a touch of moisture and coolness to the air. Basking in the warm summer sun, we strolled through this enchanting landscape, marveling at its picturesque scenery and nature’s breathtaking artistry, which brought immense joy to both body and soul. Exciting rafting adventures, an exhilarating bonfire party with fireworks, and team‑based mountain‑climbing and tug‑of‑war contests kept everyone thoroughly entertained, reluctant to leave. Amid cheerful songs and laughter, we set off on our journey home. Over the course of these four days, agents and the company deepened their mutual understanding, trust, and communication, while gaining an even more profound appreciation of Yinhang’s strength and capabilities.
This conference concluded successfully, with all distributors gaining valuable insights and a clear roadmap for next year’s operations. By working hand in hand, manufacturers and distributors will advance in harmony, embarking on the path of next year’s growth with renewed confidence. With unwavering resolve, we are confident that the future of Yinhang will be even more brilliant.
