Abstract

Preparations for the Phase II expansion of the Yinhang Petrochemical Plant are well underway. As market demand continues to grow, the existing storage facilities can no longer meet the company’s warehousing and logistics requirements, prompting the decision to construct a new warehouse on the plant site, south of the tank farm. Guided by cutting-edge design concepts and principles of energy efficiency and environmental protection, the project seeks to achieve harmony between people and nature while maximizing building utilization. By integrating eco‑friendly and technological innovations into the design and construction of the new facility, it aims to establish a modern, state‑of‑the‑art corporate logistics system.

The second-phase project has a total floor area of 5,000 square meters and features a two-story all-frame structure. Construction commenced on May 15 and is expected to be completed in early October. Zhou Zhongcheng, Chairman of Yinhang Petrochemical, stated: “Building the new warehouse is absolutely essential. Moreover, the intelligent security and fire‑protection systems installed in the new facility provide the company with greater safety and flexibility in managing every detail of goods storage. Together, the first and second phases of our project are playing a pivotal role in establishing a modern enterprise logistics system.”
The construction of a new warehouse will enable a substantial leap in production capacity and ensure that Piloting products benefit from the advanced support of cutting-edge technology. Anchored in the ambitious “Second Five-Year Development” strategy, this new facility is poised to propel Piloting forward with confidence and momentum.
