Usage Report for Yinhang Qibing 1502VG460 Heavy-Duty Industrial Gear Oil

Our company is a well‑known enterprise in China’s cement industry, affiliated with the China National Building Material Group, and enjoys significant influence within the sector. We currently operate two cement mills—each with a daily capacity of 2,500 tons and 1,700 tons, measuring 3.5 × 13 meters—as well as advanced auxiliary equipment such as roller presses, classifiers, and crushers. Our production process primarily employs a state‑of‑the‑art roller press grinding system that meets the highest domestic standards.
 
The main technical parameters of the mill equipment are as follows:
Host transmission power: 2000 kW
Center distance: 1300 mm
Gear accuracy: ≥61B
Gear hardness: HRC60–62
Gear journal bearing material: Babbitt metal
Fuel tank capacity: 20,000 liters
Total speed ratio of the step-down gearbox: 52
Lubrication method: Circulating lubrication with coil-type water cooling.
    
Since 2008, during our equipment maintenance, we replaced the lubricant and have been using Yinhang Qibing 1502VG460 heavy-duty industrial gear oil ever since. Yinhang… Lubricating oil Engineers at the Technical Center provide excellent after-sales service, conducting regular on-site sampling to monitor key parameters such as kinematic viscosity, water content, mechanical impurities, and copper strip corrosion, as well as the oil’s performance in actual use.
    
During operation, we observed that the gear ring and pinion developed a robust oil film, with excellent oil–water separation, providing effective lubrication and protection to both gears. No pitting was detected on the tooth surfaces.
    
Throughout the oil’s service life, all performance indicators have consistently met equipment requirements, demonstrating excellent operational performance. To date, no equipment damage or shutdowns attributable to oil‑quality issues have occurred, thereby ensuring the smooth continuation of our production processes.
