Abstract

The “Five Years of Solid Foundation, Win-Win Future” brand summit and the 2011 National Distributors Conference of Yinhang Petrochemical were successfully held on June 20 in Dalian, a renowned coastal city in China. The two-day event brought together nearly 230 distributors from across the country and Yinhang’s sales team, who gathered to reflect on past achievements and jointly map out a roadmap for future growth.

The theme of this conference is “Five Years of Steady Growth, Winning the Future Together.” Before the proceedings began, all attendees joined in singing “On the Road,” and a carefully produced video took them on a collective journey through Yinhang Petrochemical’s five-year development. General Manager Zhou Zhongcheng delivered the opening address, reviewing the company’s progress over the past five years and summarizing its key lessons. He also provided a comprehensive overview of the next five-year plan, focusing on product R&D, team building, and business philosophy, including an introduction to the innovative franchise model of Yinhang’s rapid oil‑change service stations, which will be rolled out nationwide. Mr. Zhou stated: “Together with our partners, we will continue to refine Yinhang’s sales network and pricing structure across China. As we expand our scale, we will simultaneously enhance our profitability, strengthening the competitiveness and vitality of the Yinhang brand.”
Sales Director Zhang Hao then, from the perspective of the automotive market, outlined the developments over the past year. Each winning team received a high‑end, practical all‑in‑one office device, while the top three among the Top Ten teams also received cash prizes, greatly inspiring all the distributors in attendance. They expressed their determination to continue improving and growing, with many looking forward to being recognized again next time. Following this, Director Zhang Hao unveiled the detailed criteria for the upcoming year’s evaluation, ensuring that each distributor would be assessed comprehensively and fairly.
This conference also featured special presentations by Tony Rollin, OEM Director for the Asia-Pacific region at Affton Corporation in the United States, and Zhang Yun, OEM Manager at Affton China Trading Co., Ltd., who respectively addressed trends and applications in transmission‑system lubricants and the evolving OEM landscape in China’s automotive market. Following the presentations, a strategic cooperation signing ceremony was held between Affton Corporation and Yinhang Petrochemical. Professor Huang Guoliang, Chief Technical Engineer, provided attendees with a detailed overview of Yinhang’s current international certifications. Award‑winning representatives from top-performing distributors then took the stage to share their success stories and their experiences working closely with Yinhang over the years, resonating deeply with the audience and prompting reflection. Finally, Deputy General Manager Zhang Guojun concluded the event with an inspiring speech titled “Strengthening Our Foundations and Striving to Fully Achieve All Targets of the 13th Five-Year Plan,” which was met with enthusiastic applause.
As the global economic recovery continues to boost energy consumption, crude oil demand surged in 2011, driving oil prices higher.
