Abstract

To enrich employees’ extracurricular cultural life, foster a positive learning environment, and enhance their overall cultural literacy, the Yinhang Petrochemical Library will officially open to all staff on September 9, offering book‑borrowing services.
At present, the Yinhang Library houses a diverse collection spanning dozens of categories and hundreds of titles, including petroleum and chemical engineering, philosophy, reference works, marketing, psychology, and the arts, as well as magazines and periodicals. The materials are highly practical, widely applicable, and suitable for readers of all backgrounds. In response to employees’ needs, the company has allocated dedicated funds for book acquisitions and will continue to procure, organize, and curate a broader range of titles, further enriching its existing offerings. Additionally, the company encourages staff to donate their personal, unused books. This call to “make good use of resources and share knowledge” has received strong support from all employees, who have enthusiastically contributed and demonstrated a keen enthusiasm for reading and learning.
Books are our wise mentors and trusted companions, and reading is the finest path to cultivating wisdom. In our daily work, we strive to ensure that everyone can savor the joy of reading and draw profound inspiration from it. Pursuing knowledge and seeking truth, surrounded by the rich fragrance of books, a vibrant and diverse cultural life stands as another authentic reflection of an outstanding corporate culture!
