Abstract

The 2011 Yantai Petrochemical Autumn Product Promotion Conference was held on September 16, 2011, at the Lvyuan Grand Hotel in Yanji. The event focused primarily on brand promotion and technical exchanges. Approximately 65 end‑user customers attended, including nearly 20 new clients.

Even before the meeting began, many customers had already arrived, watching the pilotage company’s promotional video together in the venue and exploring the product display area, occasionally remarking, “Pilotage is truly impressive—strong in capability and trustworthy in its products.” At 10:30 a.m., the meeting officially commenced. The session was chaired by Li Guimei, the regional manager for the Yanji area, who opened the event and delivered a welcome address on behalf of Pilotage Petrochemical. Following this, Ai Feng, manager of the Pilotage Yanji Marketing Center, offered a thank-you speech, expressing gratitude for the support he has received over the years while also acknowledging that his initial choices regarding brands had been somewhat misguided. He explained that relying solely on personal ability is no longer sufficient; one must depend on strong brands. In his view, Pilotage is a brand with vitality and promising prospects, and partnering with Pilotage represents a wise decision and a significant turning point in his career. Zhang Hao, Sales Director of Pilotage Petrochemical, also attended the meeting in person and presented an engaging report. Introduction to Yinhang’s High-End Products, among other topics. At the conclusion of the presentation, General Manager Zhang posed questions to the attendees, and those who answered correctly received exquisite gifts from Yinhang Petrochemical. The audience’s enthusiastic participation and active engagement brought the meeting to a vibrant and lively climax.

During the order‑placement stage, attendees carefully reviewed product brochures and discussed order categories and quantities with sales representatives and regional managers. Manager Ai promptly secured orders totaling several hundred thousand yuan on the spot.

At noon that day, in the hotel’s banquet hall, Jilin Province Sales Manager Deng Jin delivered a toast, expressing gratitude for everyone’s longstanding trust in Yinhang products. He also encouraged all attendees to continue their long-term collaboration with Yinhang, growing and advancing together. Following this, he officially announced the commencement of the 2011 Yinhang Petrochemical Yanji Product Promotion Gala.
