Abstract

In October 2011, at the company’s regular department‑manager meeting, the General Manager emphasized that 2012 would be a foundational year—and, above all, a year of training—for our company. He urged all departments to devote their full efforts to designing and implementing training programs with a focus on strengthening our market position, thereby driving the company’s robust growth.
 
The 2012 “Butterfly Transformation Plan” training initiative has now been fully launched. From the company headquarters to the sales team, distributor network, and end‑user repair shops—covering every aspect from corporate culture and technical expertise to systematic management—comprehensive curricula are being developed and rolled out across the board in 2012. The goal is to forge a highly professional, standardized, efficient, and top‑quality Yinyang elite force, while building a robust sales alliance. On this stage, all employees and partners who share Yinyang’s journey will grow together, advance hand in hand, transform through challenges, and bask in the light of success.
