Abstract

In January 2012, the company organized comprehensive health check-ups at the Daqing Oilfield General Hospital for its marketing team members who had returned triumphantly, in five separate batches. This initiative allowed all sales personnel to experience the company’s care, warmth, and heartfelt sincerity during the depths of winter.

Sales personnel are stationed away from home year-round, working tirelessly and making quiet, selfless contributions without regret—often neglecting their own well-being and health. “People‑centricity and health awareness” has always been the corporate culture championed by Yinhang. To ensure that all employees have a comprehensive understanding of their health status, General Manager Zhou Zhongcheng has specifically emphasized arranging medical checkups at Daqing’s premier Oilfield General Hospital, guaranteeing accurate and reliable results and alleviating any concerns about undetected serious or critical illnesses.

This health check-up includes nine tests: a complete blood count, a urinalysis, an electrocardiogram, the hepatitis B five‑marker panel, color Doppler ultrasound of the liver, gallbladder, spleen, and kidneys, and breast ultrasound. Through these examinations, employees gain a clearer understanding of their own health status, encouraging them to abandon unhealthy habits, adopt a balanced diet, maintain a regular daily routine, and ensure “early detection, early diagnosis, and early treatment” of any potential conditions—ready to meet the challenges of work and life with vitality and robust health.
