Abstract

Since the very beginning of its factory construction, Yinhang has been committed to building a leading Chinese national brand. Lubricating oil A brand is important, but for a company to thrive, it needs the guiding force of a great spirit, and its employees must be united by shared values. Our pilots come from all corners of the country, yet they stand closely bonded precisely because they deeply embrace our pilotage culture. We are positive and optimistic, down-to-earth and unpretentious; we conduct ourselves with integrity and remain true to our principles, tirelessly striving toward a common vision. This very ethos embodies the spirit of Lei Feng—where individual worth and the enterprise’s sense of national pride are seamlessly intertwined. In today’s profit‑driven economy, our simple yet steadfast corporate culture shines with a distinctive depth of meaning.

Times are evolving, and the environment is changing; the one constant is the mission and responsibility we bear. This is also the inexhaustible source of momentum for an enterprise’s sustained growth. Therefore, Yinhang Petrochemical needs a spirit of hard work, proactive advancement, and relentless striving; it requires a sense of ownership that prioritizes the greater good, remains dedicated to duty, and places the interests of society and the company above all else; and it calls for a corporate ethos characterized by honesty and trustworthiness, mutual respect, a willingness to help others, and harmonious collaboration. In establishing its corporate cultural value system, Yinhang has unwittingly infused it with many elements of the Lei Feng spirit.

The pilotage enterprise culture has earned the deep endorsement of all pilots, and this shared commitment subtly yet powerfully shapes every individual. It instills in each member a strong sense of belonging, responsibility, and pride, which in turn fuels their initiative and creativity. Every employee demonstrates dedication to their work, practices frugality, and approaches life with composure and compassion. The collective energy that emerges from these qualities is immense—far beyond what can be constrained by formal management systems. Thus, a robust corporate culture stands as one of a company’s core competitive advantages.

On March 5, “Lei Feng Day”—a day worthy of remembrance—every member of the pilotage team will not only continue to embody the spirit of Lei Feng, ensuring that his light forever shines in our work, but will also tirelessly share this spirit with each of our partners, passing on love and responsibility, and contributing to the building of a national culture characterized by positivity, resilience, dedication, pragmatism, warmth, care, and harmony!
