Abstract
The annual International Women’s Day has arrived as scheduled. This year, amid a late‑season snowstorm that finally graced the winter, the hearts of women have fluttered and danced like delicate snowflakes, melting away in the warmth of care and affection.
On this day each year, the company presents gifts to its female employees. This year, the thoughtful gift is a Lock & Lock heart‑shaped lunch box, serving as a gentle reminder to prioritize healthy eating and take good care of one’s health—proof of the company’s heartfelt concern for its staff. In the morning, the entire team rallied together, responding to the call of the snow to launch an energetic snow‑clearing effort. To mark International Women’s Day, the male employees fashioned a towering snowman reading “Happy March 8th,” using whatever materials were at hand. Though the snowman may have looked a bit unpolished, everyone was swept up in laughter and joy.
The pilots aren’t just celebrated on International Women’s Day; every day, they feel the thoughtful care of their company and those around them. Reminders like “Bundle up when it’s cold,” words of encouragement such as “Take a break,” and gentle reminders to “Eat on time” are always heard throughout the pilotage team. Though simple and unassuming, these voices weave together a warm, touching, and beautifully harmonious melody.
