Abstract
Recently, the Pilotage Petrochemical Technology Department has developed a product that is better suited for use in large construction machinery. All-season use Jianbing anti-wear hydraulic oil N46 has been officially launched on the market.
In response to the stringent requirements of hydraulic oils for large imported excavators and wheel loaders—such as those from Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi, and Volvo—regarding oil compatibility, protection of hydraulic tappets, high-pressure wear resistance, and performance in winter operations, Yinhang Petrochemical’s R&D team collaborated closely with Harbin Institute of Technology. Over a period of more than one year, they developed the Jianbing N46 premium anti-wear hydraulic oil. Extensive testing has demonstrated that Yinhang Jianbing N46 fully meets the lubrication needs of high‑pressure, wear‑resistant hydraulic systems found in heavy construction equipment, CNC machine tools, agricultural machinery, secondary metalworking machines, tunneling excavators, crawler cranes, hydraulic backhoe excavators, coal mining machines, and other applications. It is particularly well suited for use in large, foreign‑imported excavators.
