The launch ceremony of the “One Hundred Lawyers Bring the Law to Private and Individual Enterprises, Alongside On-Site Legal Consultation Services” event—sponsored by the Daqing Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce and the Daqing Municipal Justice Bureau, and co-organized by the Daqing Municipal Association of Individual and Private Enterprises, the Daqing Municipal Lawyers Association, and the Daqing Municipal Federation of Trade Unions for Individual and Private Enterprises—officially commenced at approximately 9:00 a.m. today at the Daqing Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce. As one of the representatives of Daqing’s well-known brands, Yinhang Petrochemical was invited to attend the event.
This conference was themed “Legal Aid, Serving Private Enterprises,” with the primary objectives of enhancing legal awareness and rights‑protection consciousness among individual business households and private entrepreneurs, fostering connections and information sharing between them and the legal profession, and enabling these entities to better safeguard their legitimate rights and interests—thereby further promoting the steady and healthy development of the city’s private sector. The event was chaired by Zhao Chuanshu, Secretary-General of the Private Sector Association, who delivered a concluding address. He provided an in-depth overview of the initiative’s far‑reaching goals and specific implementation measures, and set forth concrete expectations for all participants. During the conference, Gan Cheng, Municipal Organization Department Director; Wang Yongcai, Research Officer at the Municipal Justice Bureau; Yin Huanlin, Research Officer at the Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce; Shi Changqing, Secretary-General of the Municipal Lawyers Association; Xu Zhengping, Vice President of the Municipal Lawyers Association; and You Jun, a representative of private enterprises, each delivered important remarks.
For many years, Yinhang Petrochemical has operated with diligence and integrity, consistently upholding “compliance with laws and regulations” as an essential principle guiding all its business activities, while continuously enhancing its legal awareness and competence in “learning the law, understanding the law, mastering the law, and applying the law.” With the successful launch of the “One Hundred Lawyers Bring the Law to Private Enterprises” initiative, Yinhang will seize this opportunity to engage proactively with legal professionals, further strengthening its corporate systems for legal risk management and early‑warning mechanisms, refining its institutionalized management practices, and boosting its competitive edge—striving to contribute to the prosperous development of our city’s economy.
