Abstract
To help alleviate work-related stress and refresh everyone’s spirits, on August 1, Yinhang Petrochemical organized a summer outing to the Honghu Resort in Daqing for all employees from the Rapid Oil‑Change Department, as well as from Yinhang Rapid Oil‑Change’s Daqing flagship store, its second branch, and its Shenyang location. This excursion was designed not only to bring participants closer to nature and strengthen team cohesion, but also to provide practical support to staff who are about to begin serving at Yinhang Rapid Oil‑Change’s newly opened chain store in Shenyang.
The outing was divided into three activities. All participating staff were first split into three teams, each of which competed in a tug-of-war. The matches were held in a round-robin format, with fiercely contested bouts: regardless of gender, everyone rolled up their sleeves, planted their feet firmly in a “bow‑shaped” stance, and vowed to go head-to-head with their opponents. Every team member demonstrated an indomitable spirit—never giving up and never admitting defeat. The scene was alive with cheers, shouts of encouragement, the sound of whistles, and laughter, turning Honghu Resort into a veritable sea of joy. Following that, the group took part in team‑building exercises, designed to test their ability to collaborate and work together. During these activities, the women’s meticulous attention to detail and their strong emphasis on teamwork gave them a significant edge, ultimately leading them to victory. Finally, the day’s outing concluded with a sumptuous dinner steeped in rich aromas and warm camaraderie.
This outing enriched the company’s employees’ leisure time, allowing them to unwind and relax after work. At the same time, the event strengthened communication and collaboration between department leaders and staff, bolstering the company’s cohesion and sense of unity. Following the activity, the Shenyang store employees who have been interning at the Yinhang Quick Oil Change headquarters are set to depart. The Shenyang store is scheduled to enter its trial‑operation phase on the 10th of this month. We wish the Yinhang Quick Oil Change chain’s Shenyang branch every success in its operations, and we send our best wishes for a smooth journey to all our colleagues there!
The tug-of-war competition is in full swing.
