Abstract

   
To safeguard employees’ health and uphold the work philosophy of “working happily, living healthily,” on August 21, Yinhang Petrochemical organized a two-day health check-up for all headquarters staff. The annual examination package includes nine items: complete blood count, urinalysis, electrocardiogram, hepatitis B five‑marker test, color Doppler ultrasound of the liver, gallbladder, spleen, and kidneys, and breast ultrasound.
To ensure that every employee can undergo their annual health checkup in a timely manner and to achieve the goal of “early diagnosis, early prevention, and early treatment,” company leadership has attached great importance to this initiative. The trade union has meticulously planned and organized the process, scientifically selected the examination items, and assigned dedicated personnel to oversee all aspects of the screening. A carefully coordinated schedule has been put in place to guarantee that the health checks proceed smoothly and in an orderly fashion. Furthermore, the company has actively collaborated with hospitals to establish individual electronic health records for each employee, promptly communicating health‑check results along with relevant information on disease prevention and treatment.
Yinhang Petrochemical has always placed great emphasis on the health of its employees, making regular medical check-ups one of the concrete measures to deliver tangible benefits. Through these examinations, the company gains a deeper understanding of its workforce’s health status, enabling it to “treat illnesses early and prevent them when healthy,” thereby alleviating employees’ concerns. At the same time, the company will continue to enhance its employee health‑care system, promote sound health practices, and strengthen employees’ awareness of self‑care, ensuring that everyone can devote themselves fully to their work with robust health, boundless energy, and a positive mindset.
