Abstract

Recently, the large-scale “Our Workers Have Super Skills” competition—jointly hosted by the Daqing Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, the trade unions of Daqing Oilfield Company, Daqing Petrochemical Company, Daqing Refining & Chemical Company, and the Daqing News Media Group, and organized by the Daqing Daily—officially kicked off. Nine head-to-head contests featuring categories such as “The Most Outstanding Firefighter,” “The Most Outstanding Chef,” “The Most Outstanding Oil‑Extraction Worker,” “The Most Outstanding Forklift Operator,” “The Most Outstanding Welder,” “The Most Outstanding Cash‑Counter,” “The Most Outstanding Driver,” “The Most Outstanding Excavator Operator,” and “The Most Outstanding Fitter” brought together over a hundred industry elites, all vying to make it onto the “Top 100 Workers of the Hundred Lakes” list. The Daqing News Media Group provided comprehensive coverage of the event, with Daqing TV broadcasting each round live. As a well‑known enterprise in Daqing, Yinhang Petrochemical offered full support to the competition.
