Abstract
At 6:00 p.m. on December 31, 2012, the “Pioneering·Winning with Wisdom—Thank You for Being With Us” themed annual gala kicked off in grand style at the Sheraton Hotel’s banquet hall. Nearly 500 guests—partners from Yinhang Petrochemical, Zhisheng Stationery, Yinhang Quick Oil Change, and those who have consistently supported and cared for the development of the Yinhang and Zhisheng brands—attended the event. The evening began with an inspiring performance of “Let Dreams Guide Our Lives.”
Following the performance of the company anthem, General Manager Zhou took to the podium to deliver the opening address. He briefly reviewed and summarized the years-long journey of Zhiseng Stationery, Yinhang Petrochemical, and Yinhang Quick Oil Change, outlined the company’s future direction, and underscored the critical importance of every employee in driving the organization’s growth. “Our corporate mission,” he emphasized, “is to enable all those who contribute to our development to pursue their work with joy, enjoy a better quality of life, make greater contributions to society, earn widespread recognition, and command respect within the industry. While our enterprise continues to evolve rapidly, our core values—integrity, humility, perseverance, and win‑win collaboration—will remain unchanged.” In closing, General Manager Zhou extended his New Year greetings to all attendees.
Following General Manager Zhou’s address, the event moved on to the “Thank You for Being With Us, Walking Together” recognition and awards ceremony. Company leaders presented awards and expressed their gratitude to long-serving employees who have dedicated five or ten years or more to Yinhang and Zhisheng. “Our veteran employees are a priceless asset to the company. On the occasion of Zhisheng Stationery’s sixteenth anniversary and Yinhang Petrochemical’s seventh anniversary, we extend our sincerest greetings and heartfelt thanks to these dedicated colleagues. Over the years, they have stood by the company as it grew from humble beginnings, sharing both its pioneering days and its journey of expansion. The remarkable progress and outstanding achievements the company has attained are the result of their wisdom, hard work, talent, and unwavering dedication. We are truly gratified to have such exceptional employees, and we take great pride in the efforts they have invested and the milestones they have helped us reach. Thank you for forging the pillars of our enterprise with your youth and sweat, and for devoting the precious five or ten years of your lives to realizing our shared vision.”
Following the awards ceremony for employees with five and ten years of service, the “First Technical Competition of the Yinhang Quick Oil‑Change Chain” took place. Mr. Guo, General Manager of the Yinhang Quick Oil‑Change Chain, presented awards one by one to the outstanding participants in the competition: “They are the vanguard on the front lines of quick oil changes; they are the sharpest blades on the battlefield of rapid oil changes. They truly deserve this honor—each and every one of them is a master of Yinhang’s ultra‑fast oil‑change service! Congratulations to them!”
Following the awards ceremony, a gala dinner took place, during which company colleagues took to the stage one after another to perform songs, creating an atmosphere of warm camaraderie and joy.
At exactly 8:00 p.m., the “Yinhang·Zhisheng 2013 Annual Spring Festival Gala” kicked off with a fiery opening dance, “World of Light and Shadow.” This year’s gala featured more than 20 performances, including song and dance numbers, traditional operas, stage plays, skits, and poetry recitations. During the event, Wang Yonghua—close partner of the company, executive director of the China Petroleum Musicians Association, vice chairman of the Daqing City Musicians Association and the Daqing Oilfield Musicians Association, one of the nation’s top 100 outstanding young artists, and a tenor—was deeply moved by the Zhisheng and Yinhang teams’ spirit of warmth, unity, and positive energy. Unable to contain his emotions, he took to the stage to perform, becoming one of the gala’s standout moments. The evening was filled with thrilling highlights and thunderous applause, creating an exceptionally vibrant atmosphere. The show reached its climax with a poetic recitation titled “The Brave Know No Fear, the Sea Is Vast and the Sky Endless,” presented by the company’s leadership. As the program drew to a close, General Managers Zhou, Zhang, and Guo presented awards to the performers who excelled during the evening, and the gala concluded with the heartfelt rendition of “Loving Each Other.”
“Pilotage·Wisdom Wins—Thank You for Being Here” The 2013 New Year’s Gala continued until well past midnight. Though the hour was late, all colleagues and partners were reluctant to part ways, singing and dancing, basking in the blessings of their loved ones, cherishing their affection, and sharing heartfelt sentiments of “Thank You for Being Here.” Pilotage and Wisdom Wins have stood side by side through many years of hard work. Our big family keeps growing larger; times change, and so does the company’s development. Yet one thing remains constant: the deep bond of “you in me, me in you.” As the years turn and time flows on, our team has reaped the joy of success, and amid these changes and transitions, what has truly endured is the genuine human warmth that binds us together. “Thank You for Being Here”—these simple four words are as precious as gold in the hearts of every member of the Pilotage and Wisdom Wins family. With this heartfelt spirit, we have every reason to believe that the hands we hold tightly today will surely once again weave the glorious chapters of tomorrow.
At the outset of the gala, the audience joined in singing “Let Dreams Guide Our Lives.”
