This series will focus on highlighting select moments from Yinhang Petrochemical’s development and featuring profiles of its key figures, offering both direct and nuanced perspectives on the gradual evolution of Yinhang’s corporate culture. Through these stories, the public will gain a more vivid and concrete understanding of the brand’s growth and the true essence of its corporate ethos. A Glimpse into the Evolution of Yinhang’s Corporate Culture—recording the company’s everyday achievements and embodying the spirit of its corporate culture!
The Sound Engineer at the New Year’s Gala
The “2013 Thank You for Being There New Year’s Gala” kicked off with great enthusiasm on December 31, 2012. As everyone immersed themselves in a spirit of gratitude—feeling that “you are in me, and I am in you”—and cherished the bonds of family and friendship, there was one person quietly dedicating themselves…
He is our sound engineer. Eight hours before the annual gala began, he forwent rest and worked closely with the on‑site team to ensure every step of the event was perfectly coordinated. During the dinner portion, he provided musical accompaniment for a colleague’s performance, skipping his own meal. Throughout the evening show, he didn’t take a moment to fully savor the joy of each act. Even after the gala concluded, he stayed late to discuss with the videographer the audio‑processing details that needed attention during post‑production—passing up the chance to head home and get some rest right away. Faced with all this, when our reporter approached him for an interview, he simply smiled and said, “Isn’t this just what I’m supposed to do?”
Our sound engineer, through quiet, tireless efforts at the annual gala, brought everyone moments of heartfelt emotion and joy. Of course, it wasn’t just the sound engineer—many of our event staff also gave up their own leisure and rest to deliver happiness to all. This spirit of selflessness and willingness to serve is truly admirable, and it shines not only at the gala but also in our everyday work.
The spirit of dedication embodied by pilots is reflected in their unwavering loyalty and deep, heartfelt love for the industry; it shines through their pride in the success of the pilotage business and their strong sense of mission and responsibility. This spirit is the key to the rapid growth of the pilotage brand. Undoubtedly, among the values that have coalesced into the pilotage brand’s ethos, the spirit of dedication stands out as particularly precious. It is an indispensable cornerstone of the brand and the very source of its continued development. Looking ahead, Pilotage will, without question, remain committed to upholding this spirit of dedication, continuing to express gratitude and give back to society, while remaining accountable to every partner and every employee. Pilotage firmly believes that only by embracing selfless dedication can we truly achieve win‑win outcomes—and only through such dedication can we forge a century‑long brand that bears our name.
