Abstract


This month, the first-ever store‑manager training program on franchise operations management for the Yinhang Quick Oil‑Change Chain successfully concluded. Co‑organized by the Operations Department and the Technical Training Department, the seven‑day program focused primarily on theoretical instruction and hands‑on coaching. This training is of great significance in supporting the chain’s continued expansion and the further refinement of its standardized management practices.
During this training session, General Manager Guo of the Yinhang Quick Oil Change Chain and Operations Manager Zhu served as instructors. The curriculum was extensive and comprehensive, covering more than twenty topics, including an analysis of industry trends in the quick oil-change sector, Yinhang’s recruitment methods and guidelines, SA (vehicle reception) summary procedures, SA customer‑service scripts and practice sessions, the proactive appointment process, procedures and forms for handling vehicles returned to the shop, detailed daily store‑management protocols, and regulations for managing product information in the warehouse. Following the training, the Technical Training Department administered written exams and hands‑on assessments to all participating store managers, rigorously ensuring the quality of the program. Based on the results of the training and examinations, the department prepared a formal written report to inform the planning and execution of similar training initiatives in the future.
After several years of preparation and steady growth, the Yinhang Quick Oil‑Change Franchise has refined its franchise model and internal management practices. Judging from the current performance of stores in Daqing, Shenyang, Suihua, Meihekou, Fangzheng, and other locations, its future prospects are highly promising.
