Abstract
On June 23, the Zhisheng Pilotage “Decisive Cup” badminton and paddle‑ball tournament was held at the Dongxin No. 1 Primary School gymnasium, with more than 80 employees competing for the championship.
In recent years, as the company has continued to grow in scale, its leadership has placed great emphasis on corporate culture development, actively organizing a variety of cultural and sports events to strengthen team spirit, unite employees, and drive business growth. The competition is scheduled to begin officially at 8:00 a.m. Many participants arrived early, at 7:00 a.m.—some were familiarizing themselves with the venue, others were warming up, and still others were sparring with one another. In preparation for the event, some had undergone multiple training sessions and made thorough preparations.
Manager Guo from the Human Resources Department of Zhisheng Stationery first read out the competition rules, and with the referee’s signal, the match began. The first event was the singles competition. Whether newcomers or seasoned veterans, all dared to take to the court, vying for supremacy. Some matches were evenly matched, with players going all out to settle the score. Blocking, drop shots, and powerful smashes—every move was swift, decisive, and precise. The action was intense and gripping, keeping spectators on the edge of their seats. On the court, the play was exhilarating and fiercely contested, with no clear winner in sight; off the court, bursts of applause echoed continuously, creating an atmosphere of lively excitement.
Competitors battled it out on the field, cheerleaders cheered loudly, and during brief halftime breaks, staff members hurried to hand water bottles and towels to their teammates, creating an atmosphere of joy, harmony, and spirited competition. Even when there was a significant gap in strength between some opponents, everyone remained undaunted, pressing forward to see the match through to the end, fully showcasing the employees’ fearless and tenacious spirit.
After a day of intense competition, the event concluded around 5 p.m., with the top leaders of both companies presenting awards to the winning contestants.
