In the sweltering summer heat, to enrich employees’ leisure and cultural lives, strengthen interpersonal communication, alleviate work-related stress, and foster a more positive and energetic work attitude, the “Passionate Summer: Moon‑Exploring Journey” — a large‑scale 2013 corporate tour meticulously planned and organized by the Human Resources Department of Yinhang Petrochemical — has finally kicked off at the picturesque “Moon Town” scenic area along the Chai River.
On July 29, under the leadership of General Manager Zhou Zhongcheng, 213 company employees set off for Chaihe Tourism. The company’s leadership attached great importance to this outing. All employees were assigned seats on designated buses according to their names, and each bus was led by a senior executive. Moreover, every vehicle was fully stocked with ample travel supplies, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and the company’s care and concern for its staff.
Around 2 p.m., all employees arrived at the starting point of the Zhuo’er River rafting trip in Moon Town. The全程 stretches five kilometers, with towering, awe‑inspiring scenery and jagged, oddly shaped rocks lining the route. The rushing waters sped along, weaving left and right, pushing through thickets and obstacles. Since many staff members were trying rafting for the first time, they struggled at the outset—unfamiliar with paddling, their inflatable boats refused to obey, spinning in place or drifting aimlessly with the current. Everyone worried about crashing into the rocky banks or, worse, having their fragile craft capsize under the strain. As they grew more in sync, a sense of exhilaration and excitement swept through each participant, and water fights became inevitable. Stripping away their usual composure and poise, everyone let loose with youthful exuberance. One person splashed a bucket of water, another countered in kind, neither giving way; by the end, everyone was drenched from head to toe. Along the way, they had to fend off the relentless barrage of water from rival crews while sneaking in a few surprise attacks on their fellow rafters. Whether partners had known each other before or not, they pressed forward together, hand in hand, as laughter, shrieks, and shouts echoed above the Zhuo’er River.
The evening bonfire gathering truly brought the event to a thrilling climax. Employees joined hands, dancing gracefully and playing hilarious games—singing, dancing, and showcasing their unique talents in the arts. In that moment, everyone was the star of the show. They sang songs, raised their glasses, and danced with joy, fully experiencing the warmth and timelessness of the Hulunbuir Prairie.
On the morning of the 30th, all employees set out together for Moon Lake Pond. Along the way, everyone eagerly raced to the summit, fully demonstrating their energy and enthusiasm. Afterwards, a tug-of-war competition was held, with each of the eight teams fielding their strongest contenders in hopes of securing top honors; in the end, Team Six emerged as the champion.
At around 1:00 p.m., the entire tour concluded. This event not only strengthened communication and collaboration among colleagues, allowing everyone to relax and rejuvenate, but also bolstered the company’s cohesion and sense of unity, while deeply conveying the company’s heartfelt care and concern for its employees. On the journey home, participants unanimously expressed their commitment to approach their work with renewed enthusiasm and to contribute, through concrete actions, to building a bright future for Yinhang.
