On September 14, Yinhang Petrochemical received notification from the State Administration for Market Regulation that its Tuhuan brake fluid had passed the 2013 national random inspection and testing, with all indicators fully compliant with the GB 12981-2012 standard, resulting in a passing grade.
The national sampling inspection is a routine quality‑supervision and random‑sampling program conducted annually by the State Administration for Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine in accordance with the “Administrative Measures for National Random Inspections of Product Quality,” with the aim of strengthening product‑quality oversight, standardizing product quality, and ensuring compliance. Pursuant to the “2013 Special National Supervisory Sampling Plan for the Quality of Motor Vehicle Brake Fluids” and other relevant regulations, the State Administration for Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine commissioned the Hebei Provincial Institute of Product Quality Supervision and Inspection to carry out a product‑sampling inspection on July 17 of the brake‑fluid product line manufactured by Yinhang Petrochemical. The results indicated that the performance of Yinhang TuHuan synthetic brake fluid fully meets all the national standards and requirements.
The quality of motor vehicle brake fluid directly affects braking performance and, consequently, the safety of both the vehicle and its occupants. In today’s market, to ensure that more drivers can benefit from high‑quality, safer brake fluids, Yinhang Petrochemical adopts a stance of integrity and responsibility, rigorously controlling product quality throughout both the technical development and manufacturing processes.
