On October 15, to the rhythm of “Let Dreams Guide Your Life,” the first franchise store manager training course hosted by Yinhang Quick Oil Change kicked off at the Yinhang Petrochemical headquarters in Daqing.
The inaugural training session is scheduled from October 15 to October 21, spanning seven days with a tightly packed agenda. Covering topics such as in-store operations management, advanced oil-change and maintenance services, and marketing strategies, the program aims to cultivate more exceptional store managers within the Yinhang Quick Oil-Change System.
At the opening ceremony, Mr. Zhou Zhongcheng, General Manager of Yinhang Petrochemical, began by outlining the latest developments in China’s automotive aftermarket sector. He then used clear, data‑driven examples to illustrate Yinhang’s strategic direction for rapid oil changes and the industry’s broader prospects, further reinforcing the confidence of all franchise partners in pursuing mutually beneficial cooperation.
