　To genuinely care for employees’ physical health, enhance their health awareness, and ensure that all staff can approach their respective roles with high spirits and robust well-being, on December 30, the Human Resources Department of Yinhang Petrochemical organized a company-wide health check-up at Peking University Health Checkup Center.
This health check-up event fully demonstrated the company leadership’s care for all employees and received unanimous praise. Through these examinations, participants gained a clearer understanding of their own health, enabling them to live free from illness and burdens, and to detect and treat any conditions early.
This thoughtful, employee‑centric care allows staff to feel the warmth of the company family even during the coldest days of winter, strengthening their sense of belonging and boosting team cohesion and morale.
