It is expected that, following the expansion, the blending workshop’s capacity will exceed five times its original level, while process efficiency will be significantly enhanced, enabling single-product blending and single-line filling, thereby reducing cross-contamination between products.
In addition, the bottling workshop has introduced, on top of its existing facilities, a 4-liter medium-speed automatic bottling line and a 20-liter automatic bottling line. Once both lines are commissioned, their respective bottling capacities will reach 3,600 drums per hour and 600 drums per hour—four to five times faster than the previous throughput. The expansion is expected to be completed and put into operation by mid-August.
