Abstract

Imported high-horsepower tractors

Agriculture is a matter of great concern worldwide. Since 2014, China has steadily increased its investment in agriculture to promote mechanization. In particular, the Northeast region has vigorously advanced full-process mechanization in the production of staple crops such as rice, corn, potatoes, and soybeans, focusing on enhancing the mechanization levels of rice transplanting, corn harvesting, and deep tillage and land preparation. Emphasis has been placed on developing high-horsepower, high-performance agricultural machinery to improve the efficiency of large-scale equipment utilization.
As the level of agricultural mechanization continues to rise, the number of high-horsepower tractors and combine harvesters in domestic use has grown rapidly. Northeast China and Xinjiang have successively imported large quantities of tractors and related equipment from companies such as U.S.-based John Deere and Italy’s New Holland, while domestic tractor manufacturers have also established joint ventures with these firms to introduce advanced technologies and produce high-horsepower tractors.
Daqing Ling Hang Petrochemical is “keeping pace with the times” and striving to become a leader in lubrication for China’s high-end agricultural machinery. Based in Northeast China, the company has vigorously developed specialized oils for agricultural equipment, including products such as “Dongfanghong Special,” “Combine Harvester Special,” and proprietary formulations tailored for imported large John Deere tractors, American Case harvesters, German Hema beet harvesters, and other machines. Ling Hang’s dedicated diesel engine oil and its all‑in‑one hydraulic transmission and brake oil for John Deere have been rigorously tested against imported counterparts on farms in Heilongjiang, demonstrating that their quality far surpasses that of imported products and breaking the reliance on foreign imports for high‑horsepower tractor oils. Over the three years since launch, these products have significantly reduced maintenance and fuel costs for countless farmers, while their superior quality has earned unanimous praise from farm customers.
In order to better develop products suitable for use with both Chinese and imported large agricultural machinery, Lubricating oil The company joined the China Agricultural Machinery Industry Association in March of this year. This organization is a national society affiliated with the China Association for Science and Technology and under the umbrella of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Sciences. The Association maintains highly active international cooperation, having established and sustained strong collaborative ties with agricultural machinery societies, agricultural engineering societies, and other academic organizations in numerous countries across Europe, the Americas, Asia, and beyond. The Association comprises 18 specialized branches and 7 working committees, with a current membership of 1,872 institutional members, including 1,780 agricultural machinery manufacturers, whose combined industrial output accounts for 88% of the sector’s total production value. Its subordinate sub‑divisions include specialized societies for harvesters, tractors, tillage machinery, agricultural machinery maintenance, and agricultural reclamation mechanization, among others.
Joining the Agricultural Machinery Industry Association enables Yinhang Petrochemical to promptly grasp current domestic and international trends in the agricultural machinery sector, as well as the demand for high-end, new‑type, large‑scale agricultural machinery. Lubricating oil The product requirements play a pivotal guiding role in the application and R&D of lubricants for large agricultural machinery.
