On May 26, Hao Huilong, a member of the Standing Committee of the Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee and Vice Governor, as well as Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Provincial Government, inspected Daqing Yinhang Petrochemical Co., Ltd., accompanied by Mayor Xia Lihua and Yan Xiangsen, Director of the Daqing High-tech Industrial Development Zone Management Committee. Zhang Guojun, Deputy General Manager of Yinhang Petrochemical, briefed the provincial and municipal leaders on the company’s production and operations, safety and environmental protection, and research and development activities. Hao Huilong stated that Heilongjiang Province and Daqing City will continue to provide strong support for the construction and development of Yinhang Petrochemical, while also urging the company to increase investment in safety and environmental protection, vigorously promote scientific and technological progress, and leverage technological innovation as a driving force for both corporate growth and local development.
In the morning, Hao Huilong visited Yinhang Petrochemical’s laboratory, storage facility, blending workshop, and bottling plant. Zhang Guojun briefed Vice Governor Hao Huilong and other provincial and municipal leaders on the company’s scale, product portfolio, and future prospects. As he listened, Hao Huilong posed questions on issues of particular concern. He emphasized that enterprises must prioritize safety and environmental protection, increase investment, strengthen management, and ensure intrinsic safety. He also expressed the hope that Yinhang Petrochemical would continue to ramp up its R&D efforts, translate research findings into practical applications, and harness technological innovation as a driving force for both corporate growth and the region’s economic and social development, thereby making new contributions to scientific and technological progress in Heilongjiang Province.
Zhang Guojun expressed his gratitude to the provincial and municipal leaders for their longstanding care and support of Yinhang Petrochemical, stating that the company will diligently carry out every task and make new contributions to the economic and social development of Heilongjiang Province and Daqing City.
