On June 20, 2015, the Asia-Pacific Rally—the region’s most influential event—officially kicked off with an opening ceremony and a start‑line ritual held in Heshuo County, Bayingolin Mongol Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang. Nearly 200 race cars from 56 teams took part in that day’s qualifying rounds.

The Jiangxi Isuzu D-MAX, passionately sponsored by Ling Hang, took to the stage with exceptional enthusiasm and high-spirited determination, igniting the entire venue. Facing the largest-ever field of participants and the strongest lineup of competitors, it showed no fear whatsoever.

This year marks the 10th edition of the Silk Road Rally, with challenges reaching new heights. From its official start on June 20 to the closing ceremony in Beitun on July 2, the 13-day event is divided into nine stages, spanning roughly 5,500 kilometers and, for the first time, traversing both northern and southern Xinjiang. Notably, the special stage alone stretches 3,000 kilometers, making this season the one with the longest cumulative special-stage distance. Additionally, a 600-kilometer marathon stage and a desert stage—accounting for nearly 30 percent of the entire route and measuring close to 1,000 kilometers—have set new records in the history of the Silk Road Rally.
