In 2016, we embarked on yet another new journey. At this juncture, Ling Hang is at a critical stage of striving for the top; it is especially important to maintain unwavering confidence in victory and to set the goal of fulfilling our mission at all costs.
Looking back on Ling Hang’s ten years, our decade of hard work has amassed invaluable experience. Our goals, through the concerted efforts of every member of the Ling Hang team, will serve as the cornerstone that propels us to new heights. The development of Ling Hang is inseparable from each and every one of its members—whether employees or partners. Only by uniting in pursuit of common goals and upholding the belief that “those who take action are kings” can we reach the shores of success.

Adapting to Ling Hang’s new normal, “those who act are kings”; leaders must learn through practice and put what they learn into action. As the saying goes, “one realization brings a thousand insights, while one moment of confusion leaves ten thousand doubts.” We should clearly recognize that adaptation may take time, but it must be swift and decisive—faster is better—and we cannot afford to sit idly by or stand by and watch. Looking back at 2015, how many instances of “waiting until next month” resulted in missed market opportunities?
Adapting to Ling Hang’s new normal requires putting “action” into practice: hard work, diligent effort, and smart execution. The principles of “liberating our minds, overcoming difficulties, and pursuing reform and innovation,” put forward at the government’s economic work conference, I believe also apply to us, the leaders of Ling Hang, as our guiding code of conduct in daily work.
Under the new normal, every Ling Hang should strictly adhere to the timetable in striving to achieve their goals, and must not make excuses such as “I don’t know how to do it.” In fact, the line between “don’t know how to do it” and “don’t want to do it” is often very thin. If one oversteps the timetable, those who initially claimed “don’t know how to do it” will, consciously or unconsciously, turn into those who “don’t want to do it,” with consequences that speak for themselves.
Let’s redouble our efforts, always maintaining a spirit of drive, boldness, determination, and resilience. With a pragmatic work ethic, we will adapt to Ling Hang’s new normal. As the saying goes, “Those who act are kings”—with this mindset, Ling Hang will surely overcome all difficulties and obstacles, harnessing tangible results to unleash powerful momentum for surging ahead against headwinds, and securing a broad future marked by steady progress and lasting success.
