Abstract



        I am Ling Hang. Lubricating oil Sun Baoyu from the Sales Department, after this week’s internship, feels that Ling Hang places great emphasis on product promotion and provides thorough grassroots support to agents in boosting sales—truly making it so that Ling Hang helps you do business. Whenever a stage truck arrives in a city, it becomes a striking highlight. In the Marketing Department, whenever a stage truck reaches a new city, the regional manager and the senior regional manager for that area promptly prepare the venue, schedule, performers, and promotional materials. The drivers and promotional staff carry out stage setup and dismantling in an organized and disciplined manner. At the end of each event, whether there are hundreds or thousands of participants, they ensure no litter is left behind, leaving the site clean and tidy—showcasing to the public that we are Ling Hang. Lubricating oil The employees are highly professional. What really impressed me is that even when it rained and the stage performance had to be canceled, the promoters, along with the regional manager and the senior regional manager of that area—regardless of their positions—went out onto the streets to hand out flyers and promote Ling Hang. To all the Ling Hang Lubricant team members, you’ve worked so hard. As someone from the sales department, I’ll strive even harder. Let’s work together to make China’s oils truly great!  
 
 
From the moment I joined Ling Hang for training, I could already sense how different this company was from others. Arriving at the Marketing Department’s stage truck, the first thing that struck me was its grandeur and high-end feel, with a fully equipped interior. The fully automatic retractable undercarriage undoubtedly became a local landmark, drawing curious and admiring glances from onlookers. I felt truly proud to be part of Ling Hang, and unconsciously straightened my posture. Everyone on site was highly motivated and full of energy, working at breakneck speed to complete the setup. No matter our department or position, we were all equally enthusiastic—a truly united team. Once the event kicked off, each of us took on our assigned responsibilities. The dazzling lights bathed the stage in a stunning glow, setting the perfect scene for an eagerly anticipated performance. Audience engagement was exceptionally high, with interactive elements that were both fresh and innovative. Even after the event concluded, attendees were reluctant to leave—clear evidence that our brand‑building efforts had been a resounding success. From a sales perspective, effective brand promotion delivers significant benefits. Through these events, I’ve gained valuable insights into how to coordinate marketing activities effectively.
Through these days of immersive experience, I have strengthened my confidence to become a Ling Hang.

Since After joining the Ling Hang family, whether I was undergoing training at the Harbin branch or attending sales meetings, the Ling Hang team struck me as a proactive and highly efficient group—one that is both wise and united. When colleagues encounter challenges, they discuss them together, analyze them thoroughly, and work collaboratively to find solutions, radiating positive energy at every turn.
     “Implement a brand strategy and build a century‑long guiding enterprise.” When I first saw this slogan, it gave me an unexpectedly solid and reassuring feeling. I was deeply moved: the company isn’t just tossing out empty slogans—it’s committed to forging a lasting brand and building a century‑old enterprise. This inspired me from the bottom of my heart to join this team and work together toward that shared goal. Whether in the workshop or the cafeteria, whether with peers or seniors, whether among colleagues or with management, every interaction feels warm and familiar. Whenever I have questions, they explain things with care and patience, and their faces radiate positivity, fulfillment, and joy.
What left the deepest impression on me was the experience of touring alongside the stage truck. At the event site, I saw end customers eagerly vying to collect the company’s promotional gifts—this is their trust in Ling Hang, and Ling Hang will certainly live up to that trust. Even the distributors across various regions have been actively supportive, treating every event with the same dedication as family members of Ling Hang, striving to make each one exceptional and well-executed. They are brimming with confidence in Ling Hang.
    Ling Hang is a place where one works diligently and lives with integrity; I hope to keep moving forward alongside Ling Hang. Though I’m sometimes weary, what wakes me up each day isn’t an alarm but rather the (dream of) Ling Hang.
